My name is Michelle Marable, and I am a doctoral student at Northcentral University. I am conducting a research study to determine in what manner an educational intervention impacts cultural competency in medical professionals.
I am recruiting individuals who meet these criteria:

If you decide to participate in this study, you will be asked to do the following activities:

1. Take a pretest survey online that will take 10-15 minutes to complete.
(You will be given one week to complete the pretest).

2. Take a free online self-take educational intervention that is given by the Department of Health and Human Services that will take 9 hours to complete. (You will be given 30 days to complete the 9- hour intervention).

3. Take a posttest that consists of the same survey given online during the pretest, which will take 10-15 minutes to complete. (You will be given one week to complete the posttest).

During these activities, you will be asked questions about:

Cultural competence

Ethnic and diverse groups

Participants in this study will receive a 300-dollar cash payment after completing the pretest, educational intervention, and posttest. The cash payment will be provided through several online payment systems PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo.
